Verify before you hire

Before hiring any provider, verify the business name, license or registration, insurance, references, written scope, and payment terms. Check with your state or local licensing authority and ask who will pull any required permits. Do not rely on a website listing or a phone referral as proof of credentials.

Estimates and pricing

Any pricing discussed by a provider is between you and that provider. TruDial Pro does not set prices, collect payments for work, or guarantee an estimate. Get the scope and price in writing before work begins.

Emergencies

For a gas leak, fire, carbon monoxide alarm, downed power line, or medical emergency, call 911 or the appropriate utility or emergency service first. Do not wait for a referral.
